Pricing
Transparent IC++ pricing. No hidden fees.
Rizk Pay quotes interchange plus a fixed markup. You see exactly what the card schemes charge and exactly what Rizk Pay adds, itemised on every statement.
How IC++ works
Three lines. One total. No blending.
Blended pricing hides the true cost of processing. IC++ shows every line so you can see what is scheme cost and what is provider margin.
Interchange
Paid to the issuing bank
Set by Visa and Mastercard by card type, region, and merchant category. Non-negotiable.
Scheme fees
Paid to Visa and Mastercard
Assessment and network fees the card schemes charge for routing the transaction.
Rizk Pay markup
Paid to Rizk Pay
One transparent number for acquiring, risk, fraud tooling, and support. Fixed at underwriting.

Pricing FAQ
Answers to the questions we get most about cost.
High-risk merchants have higher chargeback exposure and require specialist acquiring, active monitoring, and reserves that cover potential refunds. Generalist processors price for low-risk retail and decline high-risk models outright. Rizk Pay prices for the actual risk of your vertical, itemised so you can see where every cent goes.
A percentage of processed volume (typically 5% to 10%) held for a defined period (typically 90 to 180 days) to cover refunds and chargebacks that arrive after settlement. The reserve is your money. It is released on schedule and reviewed for reduction after 6 months of clean processing.
Yes. Rates are reviewed after 6 months of processing history with Rizk Pay. Merchants with stable volume, low chargeback ratios, and clean underwriting reviews commonly move to lower markup and reduced reserves.
No termination fees for merchants on standard terms. You keep your reserve balance released on the original schedule. Bespoke commercial terms (for example volume commitments) may include break clauses, always disclosed in the MSA before signing.
